Equipment is shipped via FedEx ground, and standard shipping rates apply. International and expedited shipping is also available, at higher FedEx air rates. 

Our warehouse is fully stocked, and we deliver the highest quality equipment as quickly as possible. 

Our equipment includes detailed instructions that help you take full advantage of the system's versatility. 

All sales are final. Each item is inspected, tested, and shipped by us personally and will not be shipped with any defects. ProLingo warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, ProLingo will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product. Any repair or replacement must be approved by ProLingo before being issued. Further warranty information is provided in any requested sales quote and final invoice.
